I do that all the time (except with very old or moldy books, of course). Surely I'm not the only one. LOL. I specially love the new ones... the smell of a book 'fresh from the oven print' is my favorite.
My friends make fun of me for it, though. I am NOT ashamed to say I do it!
Book sniffers, UNITE!!!
Definitely a proud book sniffer here!
ReplyDeleteI do it, I love it!!! The smell of a new book just makes me super excited to read it! Nice Post
ReplyDeleteRaises hand :)
ReplyDeleteWell it's a no brainer that I too am a book sniffer, since my blog is called Book Sniffers Anonymous. I prefer the smell of a new book as well.
ReplyDeleteO.o Uh-oh! I totally plagiarized your blog's name! Sorry about that. :P

ReplyDeleteHaha, I've never really seen the allure of sniffing books to be honest. I tried once but it didn't really do anything for me. LOL!
ReplyDeleteThat, my friend, is heresy. :P
DeleteI definitely sniff them, but I prefer the old ones. I love entering a used bookstore or antiquariat and breathing in the smell of 100 year-old tomes ^^ Makes me feel comfy and and home.
