What book has been sitting in your TBR pile the longest and why haven't you picked it up yet? Or more importantly, will you ever read it now that its been sitting there for forever?

There were quite a few books that had been sitting on my shelves for over a year, just waiting to be read... but I forced myself to read them as soon as this year started, so now the book that has been there the longest is Dark Lover. I got it last August. :) But I intend to read it this year. At least that's the plan.

Now, the books on my Kindle are another story entirely... I have titles there that are over 2 years old. LOL. But I'll get to them. Eventually. I think. :P

Which author introduced you to urban fantasy or paranormal romance?

No doubt about it: MaryJanice Davidson and Sherrilyn Kenyon. They rock!!! It was thanks to Betsy's series and The Dark-Hunters' series that I am now such a sucker for those genres. ;) Oh, and of course, Anne Rice and Stephen King also had big roles in that addiction. LOL.

I would rather not give up on books... can I give up on some kinds of food? LOL. Alright, alright... maybe I'd have to let Rachel Caine's books go for a while. (I read her whole Succubus series in three days, I was so into it!). It's time for a detox session. :P

Who is your favourite alpha and second-in-command team?

Hum... my favorite alpha of all time is Michael Wyndham, by MaryJanice Davidson. His 'second-in-command' was Derik, until he became an alpha himself. :D

But others come to mind: Micah, the Nimir-Raj (an alpha equivalent for wereleopards) from Anita Blake. And I suppose Nathaniel could also be categorized as a second-in-command. 

Nah... that's probably just wishful thinking. LOL :P

Okay, maybe the list is a bit long (20 books, 21 boyfriends), but they were all so dear, so strong and, yeah, hot, I couldn't leave any of them out. 

I did have to remove about ten names from the original list, but none of these remaining guys can go. They're not allowed. LOL.

Q: "We are approaching the Christmas and the New Year, but before embarking on 2012 tell us, what are your most shameful moments this year, and what are your most proud of?"

This year, I am most proud of having lost over 10kg, of having started this blog, of having read over 160 books, of having made such great new friends and of having addicted even more people to sushi. LOL

Now for shameful moments...well... let's just say that sometimes I open my mouth before thinking. >.<

A dinner party? How about I invite Acheron Parthenopaeus (the Dark-Hunters), Khal Drogo (if he looks like Jason Momoa from Game of Thrones) and Nathaniel Graison (Anita Blake series). Wait, can I invite Eric Northman (Sookie Stackhouse series) and Thor (Chris Hemsworth) too?

And if you haven't noticed, hair length and hotness level have nothing to do with why I chose them. :P

Now... whoat will they we be having? Hum.... (cleans throat). LOL. ;)

Anyway, I just hope there's a lot of good food, no fighting, lots of laughter, fun and leather clothing.
